What youll do
Review candidates who respond to outreach.
Run a quick vet by call to confirm fit.
Manage candidate updates scheduling follow-up and handoffs.
Keep your pipeline organized and moving.
Fully remote and flexible with roles assigned based on fit. Independent-contractor arrangement not an employee position.
Prior recruiting experience (agency in-house or similar) and demonstrated ability to vet candidates and run a pipeline.
Strong candidate communication and follow-through.
Able to manage multiple active candidates without dropping the ball.
Comfortable with commission-only placement-based compensation.
Maintain at least 3 active candidates across assigned roles and deliver at least 1 qualified submission every 2 weeks per active role.
30-day pipeline-activity and 90-day results checkpoints.
This is not a client-development cold-calling or sourcing-list-building role.
Remote hiring locations: United States
Time-zone requirements: Flexible; able to support assigned candidates during U.S. business hours
