The McGuire Group is looking to add a Recruiter to its this role youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle helping connect talented candidates with meaningful career opportunities while supporting the organizations staffing goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing screening interviewing hiring and onboarding support
- Maintain an active applicant pipeline within the ATS ensuring timely follow-up and candidate movement through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers and support hiring decisions
- Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure positions are actively managed and staffing needs are met
- Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards referrals social media networking and direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume entry-level clinical non-clinical and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities workforce trends and recruitment opportunities
- Support workforce development initiatives clinical placements internships and community partnerships
- Represent the organization at job fairs hiring events schools colleges and community outreach programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and recruitment standards while providing an exceptional candidate experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education requirement: Associates Degree; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred
- Minimum experience requirement: 1 year of experience in recruitment human resources or a related field; 2 years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Strong recruiting communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational time management and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
