In this role youll help shape the employee journeyfrom recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR initiativeswhile making a lasting impact on our culture and team member experience.

• Recruit and attract exceptional hospitality talent.

• Create welcoming engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.

• Partner with department leaders to support staffing strategies and workforce planning.

• Foster an inclusive positive and engaging workplace culture.

• Support employee relations recognition programs and HR initiatives.

• Help drive team member engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• A collaborative approachable HR professional with excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships and helping others succeed.

• Previous Human Resources experience preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
• Create job postings source candidates coordinate interviews and manage hiring logistics
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Support team members and managers with HR-related questions and guidance
• Assist with employee relations engagement initiatives and recognition programs
• Partner with department leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning
• Support HR projects training programs compliance initiatives and process improvements
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws company policies and hiring practices
• Translate and communicate HR information clearly in both English and Spanish

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 4 years of Human Resources / recruiting experience preferred
• Recruiting and onboarding experience strongly preferred
• Hospitality or resort experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional approachable and service-oriented demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
