A Brief Overview
This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs for our customer service finance and analytics organizations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a strong workforce. Additionally responsible for providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
What you will do
Source and screen candidates for open positions
Conduct initial interviews with candidates
Partner with a coordination team and hiring managers to schedule interviews
Cross-functionally collaborate with various team across the organization
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources Business Administration or a closely related field preferred
Associates Degree (AA) Human Resources or related field preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience Qualifications
Typically 2 years Relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems required
Proven track record of achieving talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill and submit to offer ratio preferred
Ability to work in a matrix environment preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $63600.00 to $107250.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.
A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
