Job Description:
- Were looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted this role youll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. Youll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidatesall while creating a positive seamless experience for everyone involved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniquesBoolean social media networking and creative outreach
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
- Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
- Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
- Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
Experience:
- Prior experience ideally at agency and corporate
- Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers candidates and peers
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search ATS systems)
- Excellent communication organization and prioritization skills
- Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
Education:
- Bachelors Degree.
