Job Summary

Job Summary

You will be an integral leader of the recreation team providing experiences that are distinct by design for our guests. You will assist the Recreation Team in development planning and implementation of innovative programs that provide our leisure and corporate guests with unique and authentic experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate or leisure team building events.

  • Supervise the safety and security procedures ensuring all children our safe in our programs.

  • Help maintain an inventory of supplies for programs.

  • Care about the cleanliness of the facilities and proactively address maintenance issues.

  • Ability to enthusiastically speak in public and have fun!

Qualifications

  • Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours but its also a lot of fun!

  • Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others. Excellent phone skills needed.

  • People Person. The best part of recreation is having fun with guests and enjoying group interactions.

  • Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate to any guest or associate.

  • A qualified applicant is a people person who is flexible with their schedule loves to serve others and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy
