Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- In a patron usage facility circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilities and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment providing safety instruction demonstrating new equipment teaching classes etc.
- Plans conducts publicizes and arranges support for special events social activities tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2. to include a Tier 1 background investigation with childcare checks.
- Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.
- Must be available to work days evenings weekends and holidays shifts depending on the organizations needs.
