Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Uses computers to make reservation and process payments for Dog Kennels RV Parks Cabins and Pavilions and communicates with customers via email. Maintains records with detailed information.
- Provides excellent customer service and circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment providing safety instruction demonstrating new equipment teaching classes etc.
- Plans conducts publicizes and arranges support for special events social activities tournaments and related functions.
- Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilities and machinery. May provide work guidance to other staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able to work a schedule that includes rotating shifts weekdays weekends evenings nights and holidays.
- Must meet physical requirements of the position. Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
In addition to the above qualifications candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered Highly Preferred or Best Qualified:
- Possesses strong working experience in customer service (minimum of 1 year)
