Job Summary
This position is located at: Fort Campbell Physical Fitness Centers.

- Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
- Cleans recreation equipment supplies and facility area. Operates equipment and performs self-help maintenance on facilities equipment.
- Opens and/or closes facilities by locking /unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable. Issues/receives recreational equipment to authorized users.
- Arranges furniture and equipment for various types and sizes of events; put up and take down special event decorations.
- Polices interior and exterior areas of building and grounds and performs general housekeeping to make facilities/playing fields/pools/outdoor courts ready for use. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. May be required to lift up to 45lbs.
- Must be able to work a schedule that includes rotating shifts nights weekends and holidays between the hours of 0430 - 2030.
- Must have and retain a valid drivers license.
Qualification Requirements are:
- Demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above.
- Must have and retain a valid drivers license.
- 6 months of customer service and/or recreation experience
- 6 months of experience using a cash register
- Experience using Rectrac software

- This is a pay-banded position.
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized only regular (full-time part-time limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). - Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
