Who We Are Seeking: We are seeking a compassionate dependable professional who is passionate about helping individuals overcome substance use challenges and achieve lasting recovery. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate skilled at building trusting relationships connecting participants with resources and providing trauma-informed strengths-based support. Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate referrals transportation home visits and recovery support services while collaborating with community partners to meet participant needs. Contribute to program development outreach and community education; maintain accurate confidential records; and support grant reporting compliance and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of case management behavioral health social services recovery support or related experience is required with 6-12 months of supervision experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Social Work Behavioral Health Human Services or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and one to two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational time management analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented and occasionally high-stress environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software and case management systems.

Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Drivers license and the ability to be insured on CVTCs vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position. CDC I certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check: This position requires you to complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment. This position is subject to random drug testing.
