Position Overview

The Reconstruction Technician is responsible for restoring residential and commercial properties following fire water mold and storm damage. This position performs a variety of skilled carpentry and finish work to return properties to pre-loss condition while delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

This Position Will Contribute in the Following Ways

• Perform reconstruction work on residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Complete carpentry including framing trim doors cabinetry and finish work.
• Install drywall tape texture paint and flooring.
• Perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Read work orders and complete projects according to company quality standards.
• Maintain clean organized and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Utilize company mobile technology to document work and project updates.
• Travel between multiple job sites as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Support teammates and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of construction carpentry or reconstruction experience preferred.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry drywall painting flooring and general construction.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Basic hand tools required.
• Ability to use smartphones and tablets for daily job documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently stand walk bend kneel climb and reach throughout the workday.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safely operate hand and power tools

Job Type: Full Time

Pay:Starting $22.00 per hour
