Reconstruction Coordinator

• Create and organize new reconstruction job files.
• Prepare and send customer confirmation emails.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally by phone and email.
• Track required documents and follow up on missing information.
• Track job progress and keep project records up to date.
• Accurately enter customer and job information into company systems.
• Process documents and maintain organized digital files.
• Complete file closeout by checking for required paperwork and organizing completed records.

• Strong phone communication skills including a friendly professional manner attentive listening and clear explanations.
• Patience and professionalism when helping customers through stressful situations.
• Clear written communication and accurate message-taking.
• Strong organization attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Basic computer skills including email data entry and managing digital files.
• Willingness to learn new software and follow company procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple job files and adapt to changing priorities.
