Egglefield Ford is seeking anReconditioner to join our team in Elizabethtown NY. This role involves reconditioning vehicles to like-new condition ensuring quality. The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise in producing clean polished vehicles with speed consistency and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship. Experienced candidates are preferred but we are willing to train someone who is motivated to do a great job

• Interior and exterior detailing
• Buffing polishing stain removal
• Light cosmetic reconditioning
• Preparing New and Used vehicles for sale and delivery

• Proven experience in reconditioning/detailing
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Reliability and pride in workmanship
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid NYS Driver;s License
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to comply with safety standards and procedures
