Receptionist (Part-Time)

San Jose Palm Funeral Home Memorial Plan is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Hialeah FL where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for families guests and visitors creating a welcoming and compassionate experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our location. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations by managing communications assisting with inquiries and ensuring visitors are directed to the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate is professional organized and service-oriented with a genuine commitment to helping others. Through exceptional customer service and attention to detail the Receptionist helps create a positive and supportive environment for the families and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Assist in answering customer questions and resolving any issues
• Collect sort distribute and prepare mail and schedule courier deliveries
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location
• Provide information about location such as departments offices employees and services offered

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• 6 months of customer service or receptionist experience
• Basic computer skills MS Word and Outlook
• Professional communication skills
