Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly proactive and extremely detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to answer incoming calls and assist the administrative department with functions for several Jill Hattan Companies.
The ideal candidate is precise thorough and committed to following processes but also able to think critically when issues arise investigate discrepancies and solve problems quickly and effectively. This role requires someone who can balance accuracy with efficiency and who takes ownership of ensuring that their tasks are both correct and complete.
What Youll Do:
- Manage main phone line route calls and take accurate messages
- Stock in vehicles
- Document scanning
- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Other administrative support tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
