Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visitors and clients professionally.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries.

• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Assist with routine administrative and office tasks.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly confident and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable adaptable and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service sales retail hospitality or reception is a plus but not required.
