Receptionist

Location: 10 Optical Drive Keene NH

Hours: Part-Time: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 8am-5pm

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer screen or forward calls providing information taking messages or scheduling appointments.
• Answer incoming calls greet callers provide information transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
• Contact individuals to inform them of telephone calls using interoffice communication equipment or email
• Relay or route written or verbal messages.
• Perform various data entry or word processing tasks such as updating phone directories
• Route emergency and routine calls appropriately.
• Travel Required: No

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

• Special Skills : Must be familiar with data entry and be acquainted with Microsoft Office Programs (Basic Level Proficiency required in Outlook Excel Word).

Years Of Experience

• 1-2 : Customer service related work experience required preferably in a receptionist position. Knowledge and experience with multi-phone line system.
