Job Summary

Lakeview Health Jacksonville Florida Drug & Alcohol Rehabhas helped thousands of people detox recover and remain abstinent from dangerous substances. We strive to be the best in the addiction treatment field through our proven treatment programs experienced staff and amenity-rich campus. We are dual-certified experts in treating alcohol use opioid use and substance abuse disorders as well as the co-occurring conditions that often accompany them.

We are seeking a Receptionist to add to our dynamic team! The receptionist assists with answering and managing a large volume of incoming calls and routes them to the correct person or department. Additionally the assist customers that come into the business and direct them to the areas that they need to find.

Responsibilities

Regular attendance
Greet visitors and give directions
Pleasantly answer and screen incoming calls and assist staff with in-house calls
Process outgoing and incoming mail including U.S. postage and other special services
Keep inventory of office supplies when necessary
Ensure cleanliness of the main conference room and lobby area
Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness as to perform the job in a safe manner
Must be ability to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers managers clients and prospective clients
Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations
Process outgoing and incoming mail including U.S. postage and other special services

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Possess pleasant telephone voice
Excellent verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal customer service and organizational skills
Switchboard operations experience or experience answering multi-line telephone in an office setting; preferably Cisco PBX System
Must be computer literate and able to type 20-30 WPM accurately
Must be able to see 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid acceptable)
Must be able to sit continuously for 6 to 7 hours per 8-hour shift
