What You will Do
As a Receptionist youll be one of the first people residents families guests and team members connect with each day. Through a warm welcome a friendly smile and a genuine desire to help youll create meaningful first impressions and help people feel at home in our community. Whether youre answering questions providing directions assisting visitors or helping residents find the support they need youll play an important role in making every interaction positive and welcoming.
Youll also help keep the community running smoothly by serving as a central hub for communication and support. From answering and directing calls to coordinating room reservations scheduling processing requests distributing mail and information and supporting administrative needs across the community youll help ensure people information and resources stay connected. Whether welcoming a prospective resident assisting a team member or responding to an unexpected situation youll be a trusted resource who helps create a welcoming organized and caring environment where residents and team members feel supported every day.
What You Will Earn
Pay Range: $19.80-22.74 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
What You Will Need
- Exceptional customer service communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn new technology
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain HIPAA and privacy standards
- Knowledge of front desk operations scheduling and administrative support practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of receptionist customer service administrative hospitality healthcare or related experience preferred
