Reception Specialist

We are looking for a Reception Specialist to join our team. This is a 40-hour-a-week position Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm with the option to worksomeSaturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner

• Assist customers with cash check and credit card transactions

• Accounts Receivable

• Close out invoices via the computer

• General office duties including filing making copies and scanning documents

• Other duties as needed
