Are you an experienced project leader ready to take your career to the next level

Walmart is growing our Realty Execution team and is looking for a Realty Project Coach to help lead store and club remodels new stores and clubs and special projects across the U.S.

As a Realty Project Coach youll take ownership of project execution from start to finish helping ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to Walmarts quality standards. Youll work closely with store leadership associates suppliers and other key partners while leading teams and resolving challenges in the field.

What Youll Do

• Lead the execution of store and club remodels new construction and special projects.
• Own project timelines deliverables and day-to-day execution for assigned locations.
• Communicate project plans changes progress and potential obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership to minimize the impact of projects on store operations.
• Supervise train mentor and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Resolve concerns involving store leadership suppliers associates and other project partners.
• Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Support Walmarts policies procedures standards and commitment to quality and integrity.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management space management store design operations data analysis or a related area; OR
• 3 years of experience in project management space management store design operations data analysis or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in business or a related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
