Real Estate Receptionist (Full Time)

Kiawah Island Real Estate is seeking a professional friendly and organized FULL TIME Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients visitors agents and team members. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who enters or contacts our office.

The ideal candidate is personable dependable detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a warm and polished demeanor. This is a FULL TIME position working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a professional welcoming environment.
• Receive and distribute mail packages and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and general administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support to agents and office staff as needed.
• Maintain organized files documents and office materials.
• Assist with preparing meeting spaces and supporting office events or client meetings.
• Monitor office supplies and communicate when replenishment is needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist front desk administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional polished and personable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team.
• Dependable punctual and committed to providing excellent service.
• Previous experience in real estate hospitality or a luxury customer-service environment is a plus.
