Real Estate Paralegal

We are representing a boutique business law firm based in Pompano Beach who seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team! The Real Estate Paralegal would manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from intake through closing and post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial transactions from intake through completion
• Coordinate with attorneys clients lenders brokers title companies and other parties
• Review contracts title commitments surveys lien searches estoppels and closing documents
• Prepare deeds affidavits settlement statements escrow documents and related closing paperwork
• Track deadlines contingencies closing requirements and transaction status
• Assist with resolving title and closing issues
• Coordinate closings document execution recording and post-closing matters
• Maintain organized files and manage multiple active transactions independently

Qualifications

• 5 years of real estate paralegal experience
• Strong experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Ability to independently manage files from intake through closing
• Knowledge of Florida real estate closing procedures and title matters
• Strong organizational communication and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
