Position: Property Real Estate and Community Association Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 46 weeks
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets lease analyses maintenance plans and association governance documents for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on financial soundness regulatory and lease compliance and operational feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations rent collection vendor contracts capital improvements and association board matters. Provide expert feedback.
• Leverage real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential commercial and industrial properties. Manage community associations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4 years of experience as a Property Manager Real Estate Manager Community Association Manager HOA Manager Leasing Manager or another closely related property or association management role.
• Experience planning directing or coordinating the leasing operation maintenance or governance of residential commercial or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
• Ability to commit 20 hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

• Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
