Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions real estate finance leasing joint ventures and development. Experience with real estate investment funds including fund formation sponsor representation or related private investment vehicles is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background superior drafting and negotiation skills the ability to take on significant project responsibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal writing and analytical skills attention to detail and the desire and initiative to take ownership over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$205000 to $220000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
