Real Estate Associate

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate group. As an AmLaw100 firm this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.

Baltimore became our 18th office in 2018 with the addition of corporate and litigation attorneys to enhance our services to clients in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. From our office on South Charles visitors can enjoy being steps away from the citys Inner Harbor shops restaurants transportation and parks. The homes of the beloved Ravens and Orioles also are in view and a short walk away.

With at least three but no more than six years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate or corporate finance field you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in matters involving corporate finance or commercial real estate finance from both the lender and borrower side. You feel comfortable managing transactions as well. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills. You are either admitted to or you can waive-in to the Maryland Pennsylvania orSouth Carolina bar.

• The salary/wage range for this position is $230000 - $295000 annually.
