Pay: $180000.00 - $210000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Columbus OH; Cincinnati OH; Pittsburgh PA; or Newark NJ with three days per week in the office.

Job Description

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle acquisitions dispositions leasing financing and lending matters.
• Draft review and negotiate complex real estate agreements and transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and assist clients through all stages of commercial real estate deals.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development opportunities.
• Stay current on real estate laws market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of the office location.
• Experience with acquisitions dispositions leasing and commercial lending transactions.
• Strong legal research writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
