Ready-Mix Administrative Assistant

Knife River is looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Ready-Mix operations team. The successful candidate will provide adminstrative clerical and customer service support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to Ready-Mix management dispatch and sales teams
• Maintain and organize files reports and records for internal and external use.
• Communicate professionally with customers vendors and drivers.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all Knife River policies and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Prior administrative or office experience preferred
