Position Summary:

Contributes to the development of medical devices. Main responsibilities are conducting product performance testing and building prototypes for evaluation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct product performance bench testing

Build or assemble prototype materials components subassemblies and assemblies

Construct operate troubleshoot adjust maintain and test equipment systems or products

Perform testing and analyze data and write reports

Review or develop processing or manufacturing instructions

Maintain detailed documentation through all phases of development testing and analysis

Record data following good documentation practices

Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision

Perform job functions in accordance with applicable GMP and ISO guidelines

Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards

Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation

Requirements:

High School diploma with minimum 3 years medical device experience

Computer skills including understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations
