R&D Program Coordinator

The R&D Program Coordinator will support the Vice President of Research & Development and help coordinate strategic initiatives leadership priorities and day-to-day operations across the R&D organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects moving supporting leaders and improving team coordination.

• Coordinate R&D programs projects timelines milestones and action items.
• Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas materials presentations notes and follow-up communications.
• Assist with departmental planning budgeting reporting purchasing and resource coordination.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional communication and project updates.
• Support department operations onboarding activities organizational resources events and process improvements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism discretion and sound judgment.

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Project Management Organizational Leadership or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination program management business operations executive support or a related role.
• Strong organizational communication analytical and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities coordinate across teams and drive work to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint Excel Teams Outlook and SharePoint.

• Experience supporting an engineering product development or R&D organization.
• Experience coordinating strategic initiatives project portfolios or business operations activities.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations dashboards and leadership communications.
• Familiarity with budgeting resource planning and financial reporting processes.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and organizational initiatives.
