Job Summary
The Residential-Based Supported Community Living (RBSCL) Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations service delivery and staff performance within the RBSCL program. This role ensures highquality personcentered services that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes in their homes and communities. The Program Coordinator provides direct supervision coaching and leadership to assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fostering a culture of accountability compassion and professional growth.
Working closely with the Department Director the Program Coordinator contributes to the strategic direction development and continuous improvement of RBSCL services. This position plays a key role in aligning program operations with organizational goals regulatory requirements and best practices in supported community living.
- Program Operations & Oversight
- Manage daytoday operations of the RBSCL program ensuring consistent highquality service delivery.
- Monitor client schedules staffing coverage documentation and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Ensure environments remain safe supportive and conducive to client independence and wellbeing.
- Client Support & PersonCentered Planning
- Implement and monitor individualized service plans ensuring all supports reflect personcentered principles.
- Collaborate with clients families guardians and interdisciplinary team members to adjust plans as needs evolve.
- Advocate for client rights preferences and opportunities for community inclusion.
- Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Provide direct supervision coaching and performance evaluation for assigned DSPs.
- Lead team meetings deliver training and support staff in understanding and executing client plans.
- Promote a positive professional work culture grounded in teamwork accountability and respect.
- Strategic Development & Program Growth
- Partner with the Department Director to develop longterm strategies for program enhancement and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement efficiency and innovation.
- Assist with policy development quality assurance initiatives and implementation of organizational priorities.
- Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes incident reports and staffing records.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations accreditation standards and internal policies.
- Support budget management resource allocation and operational planning as directed.
- Experience in human services disability services or supported living programs.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of personcentered practices and communitybased support models.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a teamdriven environment.
