Job Summary
Full-time on-site body imaging radiologist for a major federal medical center at Lake Nona. Days only Monday through Friday with no call no nights and no weekends.

A 370-bed federal medical center and one of the largest in its national system anchoring the Lake Nona Medical City campus and serving more than 145000 patients across Central Florida. The radiology department is fully equipped with CT MRI ultrasound fluoroscopy mammography nuclear medicine and PET follows American College of Radiology practice parameters and uses AI-assisted nodule detection. You join a two-radiologist on-site team that covers the department every business day.

- Interpret CT and MRI of the abdomen and pelvis plus chest CT including lung cancer screening
- Share general diagnostic reading with your on-site partner: plain film fluoroscopy and general ultrasound
- Consult in person with referring clinicians in oncology surgery GI and primary care
- Meet a steady reasonable productivity standard of about 35 wRVUs per day
- Follow ACR practice parameters and take part in departmental quality and peer review
- Active full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
- Board certified or board eligible with the American Board of Radiology
- Fellowship training in body or abdominal imaging (or substantial body imaging practice experience)
- At least three continuous years of practice as a diagnostic radiologist within the last four years with current proficiency in CT MRI ultrasound and diagnostic X-ray
- No history of a restricted suspended surrendered revoked or denied medical license in any state
Full time on site Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Federal holidays are off the schedule. There is no call no nights no weekends and no overtime. This is a long-term multi-year contract position. Anticipated start: February 2027.
