General Certification Requirements (BLS etc.) Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program BLS
Certs required ARRT (T)
What areas will they cover: Radiation Therapy Service Line - Oncology
Experience or Must have skills: 2-3 years of hands-on radiation therapy experience or greater preferred. Must know Varian True Beam and Clinac IX Accelerators and ARIA record and verify system.
Types of Treatments: External Beam Radiation Therapy: 3D IMRT SBRT SRS IGRT
EMR or specific types of equipment or software programs ARIA/Eclipse. Varian True Beam Varian Clinac IX Accuray Cyberknife Elekta Flexitron
Do they use RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants) No
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) 8 hour shifts- No self scheduling.
Weekend Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: None
Call requirement & response time: No Call Required
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Teal Scrubs
