We are seeking an experienced results-driven Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation averaging 500 repair orders per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Quick Lane operations
- Lead and develop technicians and advisors
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Improve productivity sales and profitability
- Maintain Ford and dealership standards
Qualifications:
- Automotive service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in customer service and team performance
- Ford experience is a plus
- Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $5000/month
