KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retail Rockstars: Greet customers answer questions and help them choose the perfect items.
• Display Dynamos: Arrange merchandise attractively and place price tags to catch every eye.
• Payment Pros: Accept payments issue receipts and help with exchanges.
• Product Experts: Learn about store goods so you can explain features and benefits to customers.
• Customer Service Champions: Demonstrate excellent communication ethics and teamwork.
• Operations Organizers: Unpack inspect and prepare goods for sale; maintain records and sort items for departments.
• Multitasking Masters: Handle demonstrations manage time efficiently and perceive customer needs.
• Safety Superstars: Follow all company policies and procedures to keep the environment safe and welcoming.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in sales marketing or business management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to new tasks.
