Job Summary
The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring that products meet established standards and regulations. This position involves hands-on testing inspection and support for quality processes across the factory floor.
Primary Responsibilities-
Test & Inspect Products: Operate and maintain gauges test equipment and machines to verify product quality.

Support Quality Engineers: Assist engineers and managers in resolving customer and supplier quality issues.

Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Perform Visual Inspections: Review incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Evaluate & Record Data: Document results from test procedures and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement.

Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy in inspections.

Basic Computer Literacy: Competence in using digital tools for data entry and reporting.

Effective Communication: Clear and professional interaction with engineers managers and suppliers.
