What Were Looking For:

Job Summary:
The Quality Technician team is responsible for supporting the manufacturing function with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. This position will assist with inspection and process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides audits and inspections on product quality according to Zebras quality-assurance processes.
• Conducts nonconforming materials investigation and may report to Zebras authorized vendors as appropriate.
• Escalates and/or engages management as required for assistance in addressing new or complexissues.
• Ability to understand specific technical requirements delivering output following broad framework.
• Other research or related activities as deemed as necessary.

Preferred Requirements:

• Education: High school or equivalent.
• Work Experience: 1 years.
• Strong process adherence.
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable.
• Beginner level skills in Microsoft businessapplications including Word Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in fast-paced multi-task environment.
• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance teamwork time management).

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive at a target equal to 3% of base pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
