Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Colorado Springs CO
Duration: 24 Months
Shift: 10am - 6:30pm but the worker with train on day shift (8am - 4:30pm)
Pay Rate Range: $23.00/hr - $25.36/hr
Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mechanical inspection of precision machined components.
- CMM (Optical and Touch Probe) Interferometry Laser Micrometer and other advanced metrology equipment.
- Calibrations of metrology equipment.
- CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Work experience in a QC and manufacturing environment is essential.
- Preferred: Lean Corrective and Preventive Action root cause investigationKaizen (continuous improvement-PDCA) knowledge and understanding
- Preferred: ISO 9001 AS9100 and / or FDA Certifications
- Advanced Metrology
- Programmable optical measurement tools (optical CMM)
- Keyence Image Measurement system
- Interferometers used for surface finish and form analysis.
- Laser micrometer
- University degree specialized training/certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
