Quality Systems Coordinator

Design Hire is a Quality System Coordinator to support quality management processes within an automotive manufacturing environment. This position focuses on maintaining accurate documentation coordinating quality system activities and supporting compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and experienced in quality system administration and document control.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation including procedures work instructions forms and controlled records.
  
• Support compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9000 quality standards through document control recordkeeping and administrative coordination.
  
• Assist with internal and external audits corrective action tracking and quality system reviews.
  
• Perform data entry maintain quality databases generate reports and ensure accuracy of quality records.
  
• Coordinate with quality engineering and production teams to communicate procedural updates maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in quality system coordination quality administration document control or a related manufacturing role.
  
• Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
  
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO 9000 and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook.
  
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Experience maintaining quality documentation work instructions procedures and revision-controlled records.
  
• Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions quality procedures and established processes.
  
• Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
