Mill Creek Machining a location of Delva Tool & Machine is looking for a Quality Supervisorto support day-to-day inspection and quality operations while helping drive a culture of accountability compliance and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while managing daily priorities and workload.
• Oversee in-process and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and customer requirements.
• Review and disposition nonconforming material and coordinate corrective action activities.
• Conduct internal audits and shop-floor quality surveillance.
• Support AS9102 first article inspections customer source inspections and quality documentation requirements.
• Maintain quality records NCR logs and inspection documentation within the QMS.
• Train and develop quality personnel while promoting best practices.
• Partner with Production Engineering and Operations to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.

What Were Looking For

• 4 years of quality experience within manufacturing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with NCRs root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and lead by example.

This salary range for this position falls between $70000-$100000/year depending on experience.
