POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports the fulfillment inventory and quality processes for BP Cuff Adapter and implementation kits. It manages inventory transactions and stock levels for adapters tools and kit components; builds and ships cases to implementation sites; maintains and replaces implementation tools; and reviews completed installation and Field Service Records for completeness and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail and customer service the ability to respond to last-minute requests with urgency while following documented process and the communication and courage to escalate documentation gaps or field issues.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of inventory transactions cycle counting and basic stockroom/warehouse management practices.
  • Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a regulated/medical device environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret pick lists sales orders and installation/Field Service Records.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute or urgent requests while maintaining discipline in following documented process.
  • Proven ability to work across organizational functions including Implementation Specialists Sales and Operations.
  • Strong ability to multi-task manage time and communicate/escalate issues clearly.

Level of Experience:

  • 13 years in inventory logistics or quality support
  • Exposure to a regulated or medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems (e.g. Great Plains SalesPad or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting quality systems or documentation review is a plus.

Level of Education:

  • High school diploma/equivalent required Associate degree a plus
  • ASQ or similar quality/inventory certification is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inventory transactions for BP Cuff Adapters tools and implementation kit components (receipts pulls cycle counts reconciliation).
  • Build and pack implementation kits per teams request including adapters tools and appropriate buffer stock.
  • Coordinate shipping of implementation kits to sites including tracking numbers and confirmation of delivery.
  • Manage and maintain implementation tools; identify request and process tool replacements as needed.
  • Respond to and fulfill extra adapter requests from field implementation teams with strong customer service.
  • Log inventory/sales transactions (e.g. MRP entries sales orders) related to adapter and kit shipments.
  • Conduct recurring cycle counts and reconcile inventory records; distribute results per process.
  • Review completed installation/Field Service Records for completeness and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) compliance.
  • Partner with Implementation Specialists to correct or complete missing or inadequate field documentation.
  • Escalate documentation gaps process breakdowns or inadequate field feedback to appropriate leads/management with clear timely communication.
  • Serve as a point of contact for implementation technicians on adapter/kit questions supporting consistent messaging.
  • Support process improvement initiatives (e.g. barcode scanning dock-to-stock receiving automated sales reporting).
  • Respond to last-minute requests with appropriate urgency while adhering to documented processes and controls.
