Pay: $27.72-$35.25/hour

*Pay is based off of prior experience

Shift: Wed-Sat 2PM-12AM

Your Role:

The Quality Lead is responsible for auditing production activities ensuring compliance with quality assurance GMP and BRCGS standards and driving continuous improvement across plant operations. This role supports overall plant quality and productivity by performing audits and inspections managing quality documentation and holds delivering training and providing leadership support to production and quality teams.

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance GMP and BRCGS standards across all plant operations
• Lead and perform routine audits and inspections of production processes and employee work activities
• Maintain and control quality documentation records SOPs and databases to support compliance and audits
• Oversee quality holds product dispositions AQLs and tracking to protect product integrity
• Partner with production and leadership teams to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Deliver quality training and ongoing coaching to production and quality staff
• Provide day to day leadership support to the quality team including audit preparation and coverage
• Conduct regular audits of equipment usage sanitation employee work practices and process controls
• Perform monthly internal site inspections and compile findings and corrective actions for plant leadership
• Review production documentation logs inspection sheets and processing records for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain daily quality hold and rework databases ensuring timely updates and proper documentation
• Prepare quality paperwork and documentation ahead of production changeovers and schedule changes
• Participate in product testing and inspections using appropriate measurement tools and equipment
• Provide quality leadership support and coverage including periodic night shift oversight as needed

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing quality QA or production environment (foam thermoforming injection molding or similar preferred if no degree).
• Strong working knowledge of GMP and BRCGS standards including audit readiness and documentation requirements.
• Experience conducting audits inspections and internal quality reviews in a plant environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Access and Word with the ability to maintain logs databases and reports.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to train coach and support production and quality staff on quality standards and expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Icing on the cake:

• College education or coursework in Quality Manufacturing or a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
