Hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm on a 9/80 schedule

Essential Functions:
- Works from blueprints customer drawings engineering change notices military standardsand established operating procedures to determine acceptance rejection or reworkrequirements of assembled units or supplier components
- Conducts visual inspections with high level of accuracy to verify physical properties
- Ensures the build and test manufacturing process has been completed
- Proactively communicates errors and systemic trends to the quality organization
- Enters data into software tools
- Any other task assigned by your supervisor or management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-5 years experience as a Quality Inspector or Assembler in anelectronics manufacturing environment required
- Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skills/Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills; Competence to performinspections using calipers thread gages scales micro-hite; General PC skills including WordExcel and Oracle; Ability to interpret drawings and part specifications; Accurate color visionand depth perception; Vision corrected to 20/20; Ability to work in a team-orientedenvironment including interfacing with Order Management Internal Quality EngineersCustomers and other Internal Management personnel
- Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Eligibility Requirement: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally as a US Department of Defense contractor we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards
- Familiar with AS9102 First Article Requirements
Working Conditions:
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limitedto: eye safety glasses gowning masks hearing protectors heel/wrist straps and any otherrequired PPE
- May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises cold temperaturesconfined spaces dust or fumes
- Involves handling parts in compliance with Electrostatic Discharge Devices (ESD procedures)
- Standing: 10% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task
- Sitting: 90% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task
- Lifting (in pounds): up to 40 pounds
- Pushing (in pounds): up to 40 pounds
