The Corporate Quality Quality Engineering Specialist III transforms Quality Management System (QMS) data into meaningful insights that drive product quality customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytics reporting and dashboards across NC/CAPA supplier quality audit management customer issue resolution and document control processes. Reporting to the Corporate Director Quality Systems and Compliance this individual plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
Major Responsibilities:
QMS Data Integration and Governance: Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems including NC/CAPA supplier quality audits customer issues document management CRM platforms data warehouses and cloud-based systems to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
Quality Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze quality data to identify trends risks process gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support business and quality objectives.
Power BI Reporting and KPI Visualization: Design maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards scorecards and reports that provide visibility into key quality metrics including corrective actions supplier performance audit results customer issues and overall QMS effectiveness.
Automation and Predictive Insights: Leverage BI tools automation and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting improve data accessibility identify emerging risks and support proactive decision-making.
QMS Analytics Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Quality and business leaders by supporting KPI development data governance dashboard interpretation reporting standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% to support business site and Corporate Quality initiatives.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Certification / License
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.
Work Experience
- 7 years of data analytics and Power BI experience.
- 5 years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing quality service or operational metrics.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Advanced proficiency in Power BI SQL Python and Microsoft Excel.
Strong experience creating dashboards visualizations and performance reporting.
Exceptional analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business acumen professionalism and sound judgment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Ability to influence process improvements through data-driven insights.
Demonstrated integrity discretion and accountability.
Proven ability to mentor coach and support team development.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Education
Masters degree preferred.
Work Experience
Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) manufacturing quality data supplier quality metrics or enterprise reporting platforms preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with advanced data visualization dashboard strategy reporting automation and analytics solutions that improve business visibility and decision-making.
