Quality Engineering Intern - Summer 2027Job Description:
Primary Purpose of Role:
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will gain exposure and experience in the development and implementation ofoptimal cost-effective manufacturing processes and methodsin accordance withproduct specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistin the development of manufacturing systems with the focus on continuous improvement related to quality and throughput capability of production equipment.
Work is of a technical nature where decisions are made withingeneral practicesand procedures where supervision is available.
Assistin the design development and/or improvement of manufacturing processes.
Study product requirements; researching designingmodifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education Requirement: College undergraduate or graduate status with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university pursuing an academic field of study related to Engineering Engineering Technology or other technological fields of study.
Experience:
Required Experience:
Strong oral and written communication skills are.
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Intern must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident.
