We offer a competitive salary range of $70000 - $105000 annually accompanied by a supportive work culture that encourages professional growth and development.
- Develop implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to address quality issues
- Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
- Report quality metrics to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Provide training and support for quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in quality engineering or assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Proficient in quality management software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience with ISO or Six Sigma standards is a plus
