Quality Engineer
The Client:
Oklahoma City OK.
Experience:
- Customer facing skills for corrective actions (Quality Assurance) and ability to manage the customer on quality /delivery issues areVERY key.
- Understand and prior experience with FMEA 5-Why Fishbone Diagrams RCCA (root cause corrective actions) andControl Plans are key.
- Able to develop design analyze new processes in collaboration with internal team members. (production management quality supply chain planning maintenance mfg engrand prodengr)
- B.S. in Industrial Mechanical or other Engineering and 5 yrs. exp as a Quality Engineer.
- Strong understanding of flow / lean / continuous improvement principles.
- This role could be springboard for future opportunity.
- Ambitious desire to grow their career wanted.
- Ability to lead and drive changes on the manufacturing floor in terms of:
- Corrective Actions Process Upgrades and Sustainment of Continuous Improvement
- Experience and understanding of ERP systems and 3D CADis a plus.
