Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the leadership team in the Quality Department release MRB rework packages conduct quality and technical audits of manufacturing processes and documentation; review manufacturing instructions and data; and ensure compliance with customer print and special purchase order requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and release rework instructions for items in the Material Review Board process.
  • Assist with Compliance procedure implementation and adherence.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments evaluating adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the review and analysis of quality documentation identifying potential gaps and non-conformities.
  • Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues assisting with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Participate in special projects related to quality assurance and process improvement as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors/masters degree in quality engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
