Quality Documentation Specialist

Ready to start a rewarding role Ascend Staffing is hiring a Quality Documentation Specialist in Salt Lake City Utah paying $25-$26 per hour. This is a great opportunity to support accurate quality documentation in a detail-focused production environment. This is a 3 month contract role.

In this role you will create edit format review and maintain quality documentation using Microsoft Word and related business systems. You will transfer and reconcile information across ERP and electronic sources while supporting document accuracy revision control and clear communication. The work environment is fast-paced organized and focused on quality standards for manufacturing and medical device documentation. A strong fit is detail-oriented comfortable with repetitive high-volume tasks and able to follow defined instructions independently after training. Success in this role requires proactive communication logical reasoning and the willingness to collaborate with other departments to resolve questions.

• Ability to navigate ERP and other electronic systems to accurately transfer and reconcile information across sources

• Excellent attention to detail organizational skills logical reasoning and written communication

• Comfortable performing repetitive high-volume documentation work with sustained accuracy

• Responsive to feedback and able to follow defined instructions independently after training

• Proactive approachable and willing to communicate with the appropriate department to resolve questions

• General understanding of plastic component structure and the role of product specifications

• Ability to learn departmental procedures GMPs specifications guidelines product lines processes and commodities

• Familiarity with clear documentation practices and guidelines governing medical devices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in quality documentation document control manufacturing administration or quality assurance support

• Additional experience supporting product specifications for plastic components

• Familiarity with GMP documentation practices in a manufacturing or regulated environment

• Experience learning and applying departmental procedures specifications guidelines product lines processes and commodities

• Understanding of documentation expectations related to medical devices

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with quality production and support teams

• Experience in quality documentation document control manufacturing administration or quality assurance support is preferred

• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple document updates or revision requests

• Comfort using collaboration tools to track questions updates and approvals
