Role Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety compliance and quality before they reach our consumers. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-manufacturers suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in food science Microbiology Chemistry or related scientific field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food and beverage industry or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience with quality systems management CAPAs deviations complaint handling and investigation and SOPs
- PCQI and/or HACCP Certification preferred
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer Complaint Management
- Monitor investigate and classify customer complaints
- Identify trends and provide reports to leadership with recommended corrective actions
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Support the development implementation and maintenance of quality systems in compliance with FDA USDA and international regulations
- Conduct audits of co-packers suppliers and internal processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Review and approve documentation including Certificates of Analysis (COAs) batch records and supplier documentation
Product Safety & Testing
- Oversee microbiological sensory and analytical testing of raw materials and finished goods
- Manage product holds dispositions and root cause investigations for non-conformances
- Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented
Supplier & Co-Manufacturer Management
- Partner with co-packers to review batch mixing instructions ingredient management and compliance with company specifications
- Verify foreign and domestic supplier documentation under FSMA and FSVP requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing quality and efficiency

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
